Why Choose Us
01
Pre-Construction, Design Review & Planning
Our team often engages with clients in the early stages of their project to assess project feasibility, review concept drawings, provide budgetary numbers, and evaluate alternative design elements that ultimately drive end user value. We find that the pre- construction period is invaluable for clients to make informed decisions, minimize the risks of unforeseen scope, and insure project schedules mainstream.
02
Cost Management
We offer comprehensive construction management which includes cost estimating, project management, scheduling, sub contractor engagements, and all post construction close out needs. No matter the project, we proactively communicate early and often to ensure that all parties making up the project team are aware of the project’s critical path, and of the necessary material, personnel, and design milestones. This can help our team to properly stock, stage, and execute on the highest caliber project.
03
General Contracting
We employ our own staff of talented carpenters, and project managers. Which means O'Brien Construction has a unique ability to self perform all facets of carpentry work. Moreover, having the ability to use carpenters on staff gives our project teams complete control of the projects quality assurance and quality control, as well as the ability to drive project schedules.
